James Randi was served with a writ for libel on Saturday 4th August. Maybe he'll now regret calling Eldon Byrd 'a blackmailer' in a public statement
last year. The suit is now public domain and is available in the U.S. District Court for the
District of Maryland at the courthouse in Greenbelt, Maryland. The Case number is: PJM 00 CV 1038.
